I bought my psc 2510 one month ago and I am returning it tomorrow. I have been on the phone with tech support for over 12 hours on three separate phone calls. The longest being a 5 1/2 hour marathon, that didn't fix my problem. The big issue seems to be the networking capability, or should I say lack of networking capability. It was working well for around ten days and I loved the wireless freedom, but it would randomly cease operation. Who has two, three, or four hours to give to tech support every time you want to print something. I never even got to the other functions, so I can't comment on the reliability there.
Tech support was both a complete nightmare and a good experience. The only reason I gave Hp so many chances for this to work properly is the techie in India that helped me get it working properly the first time, the 5.5 hour call. He stayed over an hour longer than his 10 hour shift to try to resolve my issue. He talked me into giving it one more chance if he would call me from India two days later. On his day off, he spent three hours on his computer and phone working on my problem. He figured it out and when he called me back, we fixed the problem. It worked flawlessly for about a week. Then it wouldn't print again. I like the wireless option, so I gave it one more chance. Again after 3.5 hours with tech support we got it to work. The very next day (yesterday), it would not print again. Today the uninstall, tomorrow the return.
