Great Guarantee, but Slow Payment

Biztravel.com offers a unique service in the world of air travel -- service guarantees. If your flight arrives late, they'll give you a partial refund for your inconvenience. If your flight is 30 minutes late, you'll receive a check for $25 while an hour's delay will earn you $50. If you're unlucky enough to arrive 2 hours late you'll get a whopping $100.
This all sounds great, but there are a couple of downsides to Biztravel.com. First, they're slow to pay. I recently filed a claim under their service guarantee for a delayed flight. The terms of their agreement state that you will _receive_ a check within 3 weeks of the claim. Not true. It took 6 weeks for my check to arrive. I sent them e-mail several times to check on the status of my request and was twice told that the check was in the mail.
The other problem with Biztravel is that they often don't offer the lowest fares available on the web and you won't find every airline represented. The moral of the story is shop around. Figure out the lowest available fare for your travel plans and then give Biztravel a shot. If they can match the fare, book it with them to take advantage of the guarantees. If you can find a lower fare elsewhere, you're probably better off going that route.
