Cons: Terrible Reception, Terrible Customer Service, Overcharging Practices.
The Bottom Line: Avoid it like a plague. I spent way too much on wireless services that did not even work for way toooo long. With Verizon-service actually works! Go figure.

AT&T wireless sent me this bill which their customer care cannot decipher let alone a consumer! They overcharged me with services that I did not use and they could not explain why I was charged for the fees. I cancel my service due to a horrible reception with the network and they sign me up for a new service without my consent!!! So when I change my service to Verizon I get a whopping early termination charge!! What I still cannot possibly understand is they sign me up for a new service when I call to complain?!?! I call three different customer care personnel on the same issue and I get three different answers. They will charge you for the whole billing cycle when you quit no matter how short a period you have used it. Also there were "adjustment" charges that they could not explain but they required me to pay!! The list goes on. When I got so frustrated with them I promised that I will cancel all of my AT&T services(I was loyal customer over 14 years). They told me they could not care less since they are not the same company. It appears AT&T sold their name to these companies(wireless in this incident) for their name recognition and instant credibility. Now they have NO credibility.
I will NOT buy from AT&T ever again for any of their services!!
If I smell a class action lawsuit, I would think it would be for these type of abuses!!
