It asks you to type your question..it tells you what you asked incase you misspelled.
Then his reply will be either he found it or not. Which for me he has always pointed me in the right direction.
He will list links to the information you need, or similar. But if thats not what you are looking for scroll down more and there will be a list of more options.
He will give a list with similar questions like the one you typed in. If you click on those you will get more links, to more websites.
Further down the page here it will show you "Other" peoples questions on the same subject. And guess what I asked Jeeves?
My question was "Where can I plan a road trip?"
The First answer (link) it gave me was Epinions.com

The one awesome thing too is that you DONT have to sign up to use the services. You just hit the website and bam ask your question you will be on your way to find your needed knowledge hehe.
