Ordered a 50" Panasonic Plasma TV, as well as a new 5 disc switcher DVD/CD player. Everything arrived in a timely fashion, as promised, and worked great out of the box. Lots of great followup from VisualApex to make sure that everything went smoothly.
I had a lot of complex/arcane questions about the units they sold, and their staff always had answers, and when they didn't, would spend the time to do the research and find out the information to help make my decision easier.
For a purchase of this magnitude, they made it very easy to pull the trigger and not have any worries about a problem.
