Be careful when buying

Pros: Quick, good quality print

Cons: Poor replacement part supply, small dealer network, particular about paper stock used.

Printer runs wonderfully when it runs but it has definite drawbacks. First, price does not include any on site service. Second, we have had to wait up to 3 weeks for replacement parts under warranty. Fairly particular about paper stocks as we have had to be very careful about what paper stock is loaded into a specific tray. Also even with the envelope feeder attachment, very unreliable for envelope feeding. Great printer when it runs which is a lot of the time but when something goes wrong, the is not a clear process to correct
