Thanks for your comment. I could not BELIEVE the prices for faucets - it is absolute insanity. Even the low cost ones at Home Depot cost over $200. Getting something with a strong warranty was important for me because I didn't want to have to pay a plumber to replace something cheap a few years down the road so I went with the Grohe brand.
The prices at my local stores were insane. This site had really great prices - the best I could find on the internet and about 25-30% off local stores. If it has to be expensive, at least it feels better to get a bargain price.

I know, faucets and fixtures are unbelievably expensive. My bathroom ones were several hundred dollars a piece. Oh yes, let's not forget the real killer, the bathtub fixture!
