Here is my experience with Click For Digital.
I ordered a digital camera through their web site (Day 1). On the same day, I received an e-mail "Manager's Receipt" that confirmed my order info including my shipping address. Day 2, I received an e-mail from Mark S. that I needed to call him to confirm my order, so I did. He did not take the phone, and I left a message. No call back from him. So, on Day 3, I called the company to make sure my order had been processed. The guy I talked to suggested me to buy extra battery and memory, but I did not order them. Anyway, he said my order was all set, and the camera would be shipped one week later (Day 10). I did not understand why it took so long to ship, because their web site always showed the camera was "in stock". But, I decided to wait and did not complain. I waited until Day 11, and called them again to check if the camera had been shipped. The guy I spoke with (John) said that they could not ship the order because they did not have my shipping address. Strange, it was on the "Manager's Receipt" they e-mailed to me! I anyway told him my shipping address. Again, he suggested me to buy battery/memory, but I said No Thanks. After all, John assured my camera will definitely be shipped 4 or 5 days later. However, on the next day (Day 12), I received an e-mail from Mark S., "the product you ordered is currently oversold. We will be able to fill your order in approximately 3-4 weeks", although their web site still showed the camera was "in stock". Doesn't make sense. So, I canceled my order. I got nothing after about 2 weeks dealing with them, and they got my personal info.
I'm curious if they are going to claim this is another story fabricated by their competitor.
