Recently bought a Canon S400 camera from this store. I had a special problem as I live in Canada and wanted to ship the camera as a gift for my son who lives in Massachusetts.
They were not the cheapest but had an almost (I thought the few negative reviews were not significant) perfect record with regards to reviews.
So I called on a monday morning. I exposed my problem to the person who picked the phone; he did not put me on hold nor transfered me to someone else. He accurately gave me all the information I needed to know so that my Visa card would be accepted since I was delivering to a different address than my billing address. He then said that when the procedure would be finished with Visa, I could book my order through their website.
I did as he said. Within 3 days, I received an email with my tracking number. I notified my son he had a gift coming soon and he got the camera delivered 3 days after shipment (Cleveland-Boston).
Overall, this was an excellent transaction. I paid a few bucks more ($16) than the cheapest who had much more bad reviews. I am totally satisfied and look forward to do business with them whenever possible.
By the way, I watched Ebay auctions (I am a member with 74 feedbacks) for this camera. The cheapest I saw on Ebay was more expensive (if I included the shipping charge of the Ebay seller) than Best Price Audio Video.com.
That teaches me a lesson.
