I bought a quite expensive laptop from this online store (first time I buy from them) and everything went smoothly and correctly. I wish everyone can have a similar buying experience (me included, in the future! :)
I got the laptop by free shipping almost one week after i order it, which is what i had expected. But actually I could have gotten it at least 2 days before. My fault. If only I had read the email they sent the day after I put the order (email that i checked 2 days after it was sent...), I could have saved those two extra days.
Anyway, I called them to fix the telephone number issue on a Friday night, not really hoping to find much help at that late time. Surprise! Not only they answered the phone but they also fixed the issue right away and very politly. I was told that anyway the laptop couldn't be sent before Monday, but still, I was very happy!
The laptop was shipped on Monday as promised and I got it on Wednesday. The package was quite appropriate and the laptop it's working fantastic. In short, I am very happy that things went so well.
There was only a sort of minor issue about rebates. In my order (as well as in the main page that displays the laptop i bought) it said i had a 100$ rebate from computers4sure, in addition to the rebate that toshiba offered. I could never got to the form web page to apply for that rebate too (the URL was not found) and when i called them to inquire about that, they told me that actually, their rebate was not
longer valid because toshiba was already offering theirs.
Well... I sort of figured that out when there was no way to get to the rebate form web page but it would be nice if they completly delete the advertisement...
Other than that, the customers service was excellent, very polite, really willing to help (it's true, i don't know how things would work in case of returns, or more complicated cases, but for what i needed, they were there).
So, even though i had gotten enthusiastic for potential 100$ more back in my pocket, the overall experience was great.
If they can keep up with this way of managing their sells, highly recommend buying from them.
