Pros: The coverage is decent and you can have free long distance.
Cons: Terrible customer service and unflexible plans
The Bottom Line: Cellular One's Customer Service is the worst service I received and the caliber of representatives is poor.

After having worked in the customer service industry, I can spot a quality customer service company and Cellular One is not one of them. After having been a customer for over five years, I called their customer service center to ask how I could upgrade my phone because it was extremely outdated, and the representative simply told me I couldn't. She was very rude and told me that she was busy and could not help. I wrote a strongly worded e-mail to the customer service center explaining the situation and they allowed me to upgrade my phone but I still had to pay quite a bit for it. Every time I have a question on my service I honestly dread calling Cellular One because of the horrible service I have received from them. After my contract is expired I will be switching companies.
