On Febuary 18th I ordered a PDX 10. I ordered it Next Day Air AM delivery and on the 19th, which is today, it showed up at my doorstep at 10:27AM. I did not have one problem. The website has a nice design. Im not quite sure what the logo means, but it has a nice sound to it. I talked to Levi (pronounced lev-EE) and he was really nice to me. After 5 minutes of talking my daughter began crying and I tried calming her down while staying on the phone, but it wasn't working so Levi gave me his extension and I called him back an hour later. Right after he picked up the phone again he recognized my voice right away and knew who I was and exactly what camcorder I needed. The price was the same for the camcorder on the phone as I saw on their website. I told him that I wanted to buy some lenses. There was one that he didnt have in stock, which Im still waiting for so Im sure it will be here soon. He told me one week. He sold me 3 extra batteries, an extra charger, a filter kit, which helps a lot, and an extended service contract. I bought an extra charger and so many batteries because my job is to film basically all day. I had to do one more test before I purchased. I told Levi that I would call him back because I wanted to see if I could get a better deal somewhere else. Of course, I didn't tell him this. I called two more places looking for the same deal, but neither of the next two places could offer me the same deal. Oh shiping at ephotoclub was much cheaper compared to the latter two. So I called Levi back and made the purchase. This all happened yesterday and today (the next morning from ordering) I have my PDX 10. I called Levi right before writing this and express my deepest gratitude towards him and his company. If there is anything I need later then I will call him back. I didnt have to deal with customer service, but Im sure they would be fine too. If anyone wants to know, his ext is 253 and he is really kind for a salesman. Again I say thank you ephotoclub.com for helping me out and giving me good deals. If anyone is looking for a camera or camcorder I will tell them to go to ephotoclub.
