Cons: Everything! Expensive, Unreliable, Wasted so much time waiting for the repairman!

We purchased our Maytag Neptune 2 1/2 years ago and it has been nothing but trouble! As others have pointed out, the problems are; water remaining in the tub, small clothing items getting caught in the front groove of the machine, wrinkled clothes, mildew smell, it has been repaired for a bad motor, bad door switch, bad electronic board,tub out of alignment, IT'S TOTALLY UNRELIABLE! We purchased it because of Maytag's reputation, never, ever again will we buy Maytag again. Their products are not what they used to be! In 2 1/2 years, our Maytag washer, dryer, and dishwasher have been repaired a total of 10 times! (All purchased about the same time). Unbelievable! And now my Maytag Microwave's door handle is broke! DO NOT BUY MAYTAG!
