I have been ordering several products from NAS for a while now. Up until recently, I have been very pleased with them. More recently though, I placed an order and never received a shipment notice (this usually only takes 1 day and then I receive my order within 2 days). Unfortunately, this time there was no notification of shipment. I contacted them by email twice not receiving any response. I finally called to inquire about my order only to find on the other end of the line a fairly rude customer service rep., who reported to me that the product that I ordered was on backorder and wouldn't be shipped for weeks. This shouldn't have occurred. Good companies either don't allow you to place out of stock items in your cart, or notify you that the product is out of stock and on backorder--not so with NAS. If you order it and it isn't in, you may be waiting a LONG time. This is not a good policy (you could have ordered your products elsewhere and already received them before finding out that they were on backorder). The customer service could be improved as well. On top of the above, my credit card was charged without them even having the product.
