Having a cable modem is like a new experience to everyone. The price is high and there are problems but they are all well worth it. Once they have everything done you have a cable modem, but that's not all. When you first got your cable modem, you will probably have to change some settings such as mail. If you want to change your Outlook Express name then you can do this by following these steps. Open up Microsoft Outlook Express and go to the Tools menu. Then go to Accounts. This should take you to an area where you can customize your settings for your mail. All you have to do now is go to the "Mail" named icon and you can change your settings there. There is only one problem that sticks out from all the rest which is no response from the cable modem.
