Spending over 5000 dollars online is nerve racking. I need a company with a history of over a few years. I've been reading some reviews about comapnies not giving the product to the customer and keeping the charge on the credit card for weeks with lots of hassle. If this were to happen to me i would throw many fits. I would use my connections and would, with ease, have them shut down. This is not business. I want honesty, and I want efficiency wrapped in accuracy. If a company can not offer this to me then I need to know. A lot of reviews I dont even trust, good or bad.
Now here is my story: Two weeks ago I was given a phone number from a local camera store, who told me that if I wanted to spend less then I should call an internet company. He uses ephoto for wholesale purposes. I called them and yes, their price for the 14n was much cheaper than my local connection. First thing that made me happy was the price. The second thing that impressesed me was what the salesperson knew about the camera. Then came the offerings. Every single add-on was offered at such a lower price. I took lenses batteries, memory, warranties on the lenses and the camera, etc. I started to think that something was going to go wrong. They put together a package worth over 4000 dollars. Then came the shipping price. With insurance it came to 79 dollars. Everything was confirmed and a day later it was shipped out. I got the package a few days later, opened it up, checked the invoice, and made sure everything was there. Not only was everything there, they threw in a free case that I didnt even ask for. I called them up to see if it were an accident and it wasn't.
I guess I made them happy, but more than that they made me happy. There was not one problem with the whole proccess. Thanks
