My company purchased this keyboard tray for me, and from the beginning I knew it was a piece of junk. Now that it is installed - and properly I might add (i.e. screws perfectly aligned, tightened, etc...) it's wobbly as heck and has some serious design flaws.
The mouse "gliding tray" is the worst thing about this... first of all, the box says it's "at keyboard level" - total fraud. It's about 2 inches below keyboard height, and trust me, I installed it properly. If you look at teh marketing photos, you can see that it's well below keyboard height. To use the mouse, you have to: 1. lift your hand up over the side rail of the tray, 2. move over the wide rail, 3. move 3. move 3 inches down to use your mouse...
terrible quality - it's shaking as I type this (or anything)... moves back & forth - can't stop/tighten the fore-back sliding... mouse tray, build quality, huge, ugly, smallest mouse pad ever (3in x 4in), mouse tray too low, terrible! fellowes - shame on you - did anyone even try this before you shipped it out?
