SSX: PURE FUN!

Cons:only two player;although most snowboarding games are, sometimes there is a slowdown, but not often
The Bottom Line: SSX is a great game which features great graphics and gameplay
After reading that ssx was one of the best launch games for the highly anticipated playstation 2, i knew that it would be one of the first ones on my list to buy. I played it at the local software etc. And to say the least, i was amazed. Beutiful graphics, great gameplay, and above all, fun!! One of the main reasons that ssx beats all of the other snowboarding games is because of the gameplay. It has very intuitive controls which allow you to decide which trick you are going to do before you actually perform it. The game also runs at an extremly smooth 60 frames per second with minimal slow down.
