Eric Nyce who runs the operation is rude and a liar. They also sell items on ebay under different IDs (bluetoothandmore is their current ID as of the date that this review was written). I purchased an item through one of their ebay auctions and it took them 2 weeks to ship it out even though he says that he shipped the item the same day I bought and paid for the item. I know this because the package was postmarked 2 weeks after I had paid for the item. When I left them neutral (read "NEUTRAL") feedback on ebay because of the slow shipping, he retaliates and says that I didn't follow payment procedure. Then he goes on to accuse me with "INVALID CONTACT INFO ON ACCOUNT, Did a credit card chargeback!" I sent him an email confronting him about his lying feedback and he resorts to profanity and name calling. He's done this to many others too. He will not own up to any mistakes that he makes and lies about people in a feeble attempt to maintain his 'perfect' image that his company can do no wrong. Do a search on bluetoothdirect and you'll see that he's gotten negative feedback from a bunch of other people in various forums. And check out the negative feedback that he leaves for others on ebay. They all sound the same. It's amazing how many people he claims have used "fraudulent credit cards" or have tried a "reverse credit card chargeback" (supposedly I tried this) or how "UPS lost the package". He's been known to concoct up fake positive reviews too on sites like this. They may have good prices on stuff but do yourself a favor and don't buy from them. Spend your money elsewhere, somewhere you'll be treated with more respect. As some other reviewers have pointed out, buying from them is like rolling the dice. Just hope you get lucky.
Update 5/5/04: they have changed their website to www.etechstuff.com that redirects you to aboutwireless.zoovy.com. This is the SAME company. They have also changed their ebay userid to 'gadgetauction'. They've been busy trying to change their identity including updating their company info at the BBB. I guess it was easier to do it this way rather than face the people they've screwed over.
