I'm shopping for a big screen TV and saw the hype audio prices. Thank God I was saved by reading many of the opinions by buyers who were screwed by Hype Audio. It appears that they buy returned, defective, and refurbished merchandise and try to pass it as new. Unfortunately, there is no agency in NY that cares to do anything about this company. Luckily, I read before purchasing and will move on to a reputable company.
