I have used Amazon for most of my Christmas shopping the past two years. I received everything in good time and condition. I was also able to find books through Amazon that I could not find locally. The pricing is comparable to local stores and they often offer free shipping. They do not charge your account until the items are shipped, so your money is not tied-up waiting for items that might be out-of-stock or back-ordered at the time you place your order. If an item is out-of-stock or on back-order, they email you letting you know in case you decide to cancel that item. Unless you really LIKE to shop in person, or are in a big hurry(Like got to have it NOW), why shop any where else?
