The info you have given is real great.Many Thanks.
There is one thing that you do not mention - the "Emergency diskette" which is asked for as soon as the CD #1 boots up after the first menu.
I have made a Emergency diskette off the menu but that didn't work and going start|help|restore my Presario|quick restore - the last 2 of these are not there.
