SITE NAVIGATION
iFragrance.com offers a simple and straightforward web design. The pages are very quick to load, even on my stinky dial-up connection.
From the homepage, you can access a simple search box, a link for the advanced search, and clickable icons for women’s perfumes, men’s perfumes, women’s gift sets, and men’s gift sets. The advanced search consists of: keyword, gender, minimum price, and maximum price.
The left navigation available on every page allows you to access the following features: Contact Us, Order Status, Customer Service, Help, Affiliate Program, and then either women’s or men’s by alphabet.
MERCHANDISE SELECTION
There is a pretty good selection available at iFragrance.com. One feature that they offer is that if you can’t find a product on their site, you have the ability to request it by emailing them at products@ifragrance.com.

I have only ordered from iFragrance.com on one occasion, but it was a flawless experience. I found the cologne that I was looking for on their site very easily. The checkout process was simple, with no hitches. I received my package 3 business days from when I ordered it, which was super fast delivery in my opinion – especially for having free shipping!
