Witty and smart!! (Reply to this comment)

I love this review, very witty and compelling and I learned something about my Dyson that I had not bothered to read in my manual!! Don't worry, I opened my box from the top not the correct side, and I didn't see the carrying handle either.

Cord unraelling made easy. (Reply to this comment)

I actyally have answers to two comments you made in the review (nice one by the way).
1) You can twist the top cord holding widget, and release the cord all at once!
2) It doesn't tip over because the expando hose is attached very low in the machine's center of gravity.

PS: Your comment about the full, upright, and locked position killed me!

Very nice job on the review, and love your sense of humor. Hope your bride enjoys/appreciates you. I'd love to find a vacuuming husband. Hmmm, anyway, seems everyone loves these Dysons.

An Excellent review (Reply to this comment)

In the past I have disagreed with commentators who
criticized reviewers for not providing enough
details in their reviews. However, I believe this
"Dancing with the Ugly Dyson" story's strength
IS in the details: the step by step account of the
author's buying and trying the Dyson at home. The
style is entertaining as well. I hope to use this
review to convince my "minister of finance" (wife)
that we should buy this vacuum. This review cer-
tainly has convinced me!
