Pros: I'm speechless. I really have nothing good to say about them.
Cons: Bad reception, always dropping calls, roaming in local areas, bad customer service, etc.
The Bottom Line: Do not recommend. Go to a larger company and pay the extra money to have a phone that works.

I just canceled my contract with Cingular because I was tired of the high bills and having my bill messed up every month so I decided to go with US Cellular before I did my homework. The plans were cheaper and they had better looking phones than Cingular. I wish I would have thought twice. The first day I had my phone, my text messaging wasn't working. I was on the phone with customer sevice for 2 hours. They told me to have all my friends call their cellular phone companies and complain to them because it was not their problem. Finally, 2 days later they called me back and let me know it was a glitch in the way they set my account up! I wish that was the last of the problems. The reception stinks, I drop calls left and right, I roam in my own house!, and my calls go directly into voice mail without my phone even ringing. I have had the phone for a week and have had nothing but trouble. I suggest going with a larger company that has their own towers and pay the extra money. This company is hard to deal with and the service was below average and nothing what I would have expected. The only thing that saved me is the 15 day cancelation window which I will be taking advantage of.
