This is the worst company that I have dealt with ever.
I bought a Cendyne DVD burner for about 160 dollars with 50 free DVDs
Delivery Speed
HORRIBLE. It took the company a week to ship the item 50 miles. They refused to ship the item to an address other than the address of my home listed by my credit card company, regardless of what I did.
Order Accuracy
I can't complain here. The order was accurate.
Customer Service
Oh my GOD. This is truly, by far, the worst customer service that I have dealt with. They are the DMV of online stores. First and foremost, they DO NOT have an 800 number! Next, when I called their 760 area code number (San Diego) the receptionist was extremely rude. All I did was ask for tech support and received a warm, "WHAT?!!! WHY?!!!" Absolutely asinine. So, I was put on hold for nearly 20 minutes before I hung up, because of the long distance charges. Soooooo, I went to their site, and tried to email them. I sent around 5 emails, (2 day gap between each of them, so over the span of 10 days) and received NO RESPONSE. Finally, the response I received was (direct cut and paste):
Sir, Don't pull your hair out over this. It is more
than likley the 50 disk pack that we sent you.
We think there may be a compatibly issue. We
recommend updating the firmware for that drive.

Even though, in the email, I have listed that I have upgraded the firmware, changed the ASPI, tried 3 different types of DVD-Rs, tried different burner programs.
Obviously, their "tech support" did not really read the emails.
Overall Satisfaction
To say the least, not very pleased.
