Customer Service: After doing a great deal of research online about different stores I chose to order from ePhotoCraft because of the opinions of others who had ordered. I couldn't find anything negative about the company and let me say, they followed through with my order in fine fashion. I really do believe they are a family owned company and they care about their customers. Others may offer deals that sound too good to be true and they are. There is scam after scam popping up online these days but ePhotoCraft has integrity and honesty. Kudos to them.
Order Accuracy: Excellent, I ordered my camera, they knew exactly what I wanted and answered technical questions for me without missing a beat. I believe my sales rep was Saam and he was knowledgeable and courteous and up front about the whole order (they didn't have a case for my camera, backordered at Nikon which I confirmed, so he told me and said they would get me one as fast as possible)
Delivery Speed: Everything turned out well but they said they would ship the camera Tuesday morning and didn't get it shipped out until Tuesday evening which pushed my 3 day delivery time from Thursday to Friday. Not a big deal but I did pay extra for 3 day ground so it could have been. I am positive that if I had told them I needed the camera exactly on the 3rd day they would have worked with me though. Other than that shipping was fair and got here quickly on UPS.
Price: Their price was the best price I found at any reputable dealer. I researched for over a week and was horrified to find the number of scams that these companies are pulling (particularly those around the New York area). This company had not a single negative feedback from any customers which is why I chose them. They did not let me down. Don't believe the scammers out there who have 4 1/2 stars out of 5, they are padding their own results or offering incentives to select customers to give them good reviews, most of the time more than once. They are selling gray market cameras, refurbished cameras, everything under the sun with the BRAND NEW label...scary stuff. Look at the negative feedback and the people who have honestly given you an idea of their experience with these scammers and then know that you can get a safe, honest, good deal from ePhotoCraft.
Soap box: Epinions, I hope you are listening and figuring out a way stop the obvious scamming these other companies are partaking in using your company as a mechanism to sucker people.
