Amen to that, bro! For a long time after I retired, I'd still wake up at the same time. But gradually I've been able to sleep in - now I wake up at about 6:30 am. I rarely have to set the clock, even if I have to be somewhere early.

I wish my neighbor had one of those. She has one of those horrors that goes bleep, bleep, bleep like a truck backing up and forgets to turn it off when she gets up at 5 a.m. I finally had to leave a nasty note. It was either that or break through the bedroom wall. Those things should be outlawed. At least this one sounds like it wouldn't drive anyone in the next apartment crazy when it went off. I sure like sleeping until I wake up without the aid of an alarm; retirement is so-o-o-o nice.
