I caught about 20 minutes of a recent episode and sat on the couch in horror. The next day I overheard a conversation in the office about how great the show was and couldn't stop myself from ranting and raving for 15 minutes on its base cruelty. Good think my boss is easy going. But you are right, that show has no saving grace. It's harassment on national TV.

cartoon shows have gone downhill in the past few years. With cartoons like Max Steel, and Cow and Chicken (I can't beleive these are market to kids) no wonder kids are turning to anime cartoons.
Of course a major problem with anime is they are dubbed by the same networks that make these bad cartoons. And when they botch them up to much you get cartoons that blow like cardcaptors (not to be confused with cardcaptors sakura).

I can't even stand to watch TV these days. Every now and then, I get lucky and stumble across some Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck. Makes you wonder whatever happened to the days cartoons made people laugh. Now they just "kick a$$". Kicking a$$ can intensify a message, but there has to be a message to intensify! It's kind of like boiling water; you can turn the burner up all you like, but if there is no water to boil then you ain't accomplishing much. Forgive my theories..lol have a good weekend~!
