SITE NAVIGATION
Smart Scrubs is a fairly easily navigated website, that can sometimes become somewhat cluttered in its appearance.
From the home page’s top navigation, you can access Customer Service, Help, Security, Store Locations, Your Account, Checkout and Shopping Basket. There are also tabs on the top to get to Men, Women’s, Unistyle, Accessories, Prints and Clearance. There are right tabs to select by popular brands – S.C.R.U.B.S. (the house brand), Low Price Scrubs, Barco, Cherokee, Crest, Landau, Los Angeles Rose, Fashion Seal, and Dickies.
The left navigation allows access to shop by men’s, women’s, unistyle, or clearance. There are links to New Items, Catalog Request, and a field to sign up for email updates. Also on the left navigation is a quick search field (by keyword, part #, or catalog #), and a link to the advanced search. The advanced search allows you to search by any combination of fashion, style, size, fabric and/or brand.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
The standard shipping and handling charges are based on the order total, and range between $4.20 - $9.50.
Smart Scrubs is able to ship outside of the United States, however shipping charges may vary – call (800)800-5788 for information.

Smart Scrubs ordering process is simple. They also offer a variety of options for ordering if you’re not comfortable ordering online – you can also use their mail order form, fax your order to (800)269-0120, or call their customer service line to order by telephone.
They offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and hassle-free returns. In every order, they include a pre-paid return envelope to make things very easy for the customer in the event that you have to return. The only stipulation that I can find for returns is that you must return within 90 days of your original order. That’s a lax policy!

MY EXPERIENCE AND FINAL RECOMMENDATION
I first encountered Smart Scrubs online store because a good friend of mine was graduating and becoming a nurse, and I wanted to get him an appropriate gift. I figured that a nice set of scrubs in a fun and funky pattern that he would enjoy would be a great gift! I quickly found that men’s scrubs are a difficult thing to find. Fortunately, Smart Scrubs was able to meet my needs. I was thrilled when I selected to look through the prints, to find that they are available in many different categories - Floral, Modern, Cartoon, Nature, Patterns, Animals, and Seasonal! The first two patterns that I wanted to purchase for my friend unfortunately were not in stock. Third try was a “charm” so to speak, and I found a perfect pair! The ordering process was simple and painless. The scrubs were delivered to my door 4 business days after ordering – that’s quick service! I felt as though the shipping charge was very reasonable, and the overall cost was definitely a bargain.
I would most definitely recommend Smart Scrubs online store if you are looking to buy some scrubs. They have a huge product line at bargain prices – but don’t be surprised if they are out of stock in the item that you want.
