Why fight, when one is dead already.

The Bottom Line Buy a GeForce3 when it is less than $300. Lord knows I am.

Well, two very signifigent things have happened lately. Well, for starters, 3DFX, is, well, dead. They filed bankruptcy, and have stopped producing it's entire line of Voodoo (2-5) video accelerator cards. They will, keep giving hardware driver updates until Q1 2002. That's good news and all, kind of. That means, the Voodooo cards will be cheaper, hard to find, and no one will want them. Oh, well.

Then, in all of it's glory, nVidia comes out with it's GeForce3 chipset, and well, needless to say, the gaming industry is going to thrive off of it.

So, in a 16 line blurp, I'm saying, that 3DFX is dead, nVidia is every gaming developer's best friend, and that is has a long live ahead of it's self.
