This printer is really good. I have used it since it came together with my PC that I bought about a year ago. So far it hasn't given me any major problems except one.

The ONE main thing that every Canon BJC 2100 user has to know is that the cartridge that actually holds the black ink and the color ink cartridges clogges up very easily. When you first get the printer you get this small white container, that's for you to use when you ever move the printer or not use it for a long time. If you do not store the cartridge in that container then it'll get clogged up like mine did and you'll have to pay about $70 to get a new one.

Another thing about Canon is the customer service. It SUCKS!!! that's all I have to say. First of all the customer service line is not a toll free number. I have to pay long distance to listen to the idiots who most of the time do not know what they're doing.

I guuess that's it....the printer is great for small spaces and the print quality is not bad. The only bad thing is that cartridge and the customer service.
