definitely related to Music123, shipped me a faulty product

Positives: The customer service people responded back within minutes of my email asking them questions on two different occasions. Their website was easy to use and included automated tracking numbers and return authorization number. They did refund my money.
Negatives: The order took over a week before it even shipped. When it did arrive, the Crate guitar amplifier that they had sent was defective. It's possible that the damage happened during shipping because the amp was not packed with any protection--just stuck in a cardboard box. I mailed it back to them and after a week they refunded my credit card, no questions asked.
Relation to Music123: As mentioned in previous epinion reviews for this store, I also noticed that the Woodwind & Brasswind website has EXACTLY the same inventory as the Music123 website. You can see this for yourself if you do a search for an item on both websites. Also, the reviews that users have submitted on both websites are identical for each item.
Other store suggestion: I know sometimes that it's just luck, but I've ordered four times from Musician's Friend over the last year and each order went very smoothly. Including the order for a Roland Blues Cube 30 guitar amplifier, which arrived 1.5 days after I ordered it! In perfect working condition, I might add.
