What customer service?

The Bottom Line Make sure it works and maybe there is someone else that could join some kind of lawsuit against their company concerning their unwillingness to support their products efficiently and respectfully.
I have had nothing but trouble with their customer service department. I know their products are well respected but just hope you get a good one. Reason why? Well, I bought the new A7M266 motherboard and the voltage regulator was bad. I called in and after being bounced around for a couple days I finally got someone to give me an RMA number. Their first solution was that it had bad memory. I called Samsung and they weren't happy that Asus tech support was saying this about their memory after AMD certified it. Ouch. But anyway I was told I would be lucky if they processed it in less than 3 weeks. I told them I can't wait that long and that it needs to be done ASAP. The rep said okay we will put a rush on it. She said they would ship it 2nd day air. Well, I was under the impression I was recieving a whole new motherboard. I sent back everything that came with it via Fedex 2nd air. I called them every other day or two to find out its status. On the 11th they told me they shipped it on the 9th. So I asked them to tell me what the Tracking number was and they lied to me and said that they wouldn't get it for another day. I called the next day and they had a tracking number. UPS GROUND tracking number. I typed it up on the internet and sure enough they sent it on the 11th, and not the 9th. When I finally got it TODAY it came in a A7V box without any of the accessories. I called them back and they said that they would look around for them and send it to me when they had the chance. This is outrageous.
