AT&T Free2Go Wireless, Too good to Be True? But it is True.

Here is how it works: you can activate new or used phone (check compatability before you buy) with At&t Prepaid Advantage/ Free2Go Wireless. You can also buy a phone from them or online (that's what I did- www.roxy.com). The deal from At&t comes with two $25 prepaid cards (one included, and a mail-in form for the other). Once your phone is activated, call to post prepaid phonecard. Here is what I like- with most prepaid plans - if you don't use the minutes in predetermined time - they burn out. With this program as long as you posted a new card every 90 days - all unused minutes roll over. Imagine the flexibility - if you expect to make a lot of calls- post a $200 dollar card for something like 1300 minutes (15c/min), then just keep posting one $25 card every 90 days(35c/min), and keep all the minutes. This is the best plan out there. Not to mention that the service includes FREE text messaging (only receiving), caller ID, voice mail, FREE long distance. And, yes, if you want to save the minutes - check your voice mail from a home phone, and talk to customer service from home phone. Wait there is more - if you plan to go away from your home roaming area- call customer service and switch from Local calling plan to national one - a little more expensive charge per minute, but no roaming charge. talk about flexibility. This is the only cell phone service with which I am in control of my plan and spending. Enjoy.
