Pros: cheap plans, if you are lucky to get coverage

Cons: poor coverage , including in places they claim are fully covered

I just bought 2 phones, only to discover that i had almost no reception in my office. In the same office AT&T and NEXTEL worked fine

Representatives kept sending me in circles. I would estimate a total of 3-4 hours of wasted time with them. After that the stupid "t-mobile , where you always get more" that they end each conversation with, sounds like a bad joke. Yes, no doubt I got more time on hold!
