Pros: small size; Alarm clock; caller ID on outside; easy to navigate menus; Wireless Web
Cons: dropped calls; random shut-offs; poor voice quality (I'm always told speak up); no 2-way texting
The Bottom Line: I really like the phone (maybe because it was my first) but cannot overlook the negatives.

| higginsba's Full Review: Sprint TouchPoint 1100 |
Despite the numerous problems I've had with this phone, I will be sad to let it go. I love that it has an alarm clock - I use it daily & am not worry about a power failure keeping me from waking, as is the problem w/ traditional alarms.
Unfortunately - I have experiences an incredibly high number of dropped calls with this phone. I have been told that it is not my service, but is the phone (and when I bring it in for service, they try to sell me a new one b/c this one "is so outdated" and they do not seem concerned with helping me). Also - there have been times when I have dialed a # in my phone book, only to be connected to someone completely different - and not another # in my phonebook - just a random #. I do like that Sprint will credit you for dropped calls though.
Sadly, I dropped it 3 days ago and cannot get it to turn back on - I even too the back of to look at the controller card (not a sim card) and see if I could reconnect anything that was lose - to no avail. So - I have signed up for T-Mobile b/c I travel to Ireland frequently and want to be able to use my phone there. I will miss this phone though.
