125West.com is an online store that offers unique home and lifestyle products that are frequently hard to find at regular mass merchants.
SITE NAVIGATION
From the homepage, there are clickable text links that lead you to the various categories of products, based on various estate rooms.
• Indoor Living – (Bath, Bedroom, Dining Room, Home Office, Kitchen, Laundry Room, Living Room, Sunroom, and Wine Cellar)
• Outdoor Living – (Cat and Dog House, Front Door, Garage, Lawn Garden, Picnic, Pool, and Sport)
The top navigation has links to Estate, Review Order, Search (keyword), and Concierge.
The site is very straightforward and easy to navigate. The pages load super fast, even on my ordinarily slow dial-up system. This is primarily because there is not much on 125West.com by way of graphics – the site relies heavily on text. In my opinion, the website is not very attraction. It is in serious need of some OOMPF! Some pizzazz!
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping and handling charges are clearly stated under each item when you click on it to get further information. The prices for shipping and handling are extremely reasonable. Many items (such as the one I purchased!) actually ship for free! Most ship at highly reduced rates.
Since 125West.com ships using UPS Ground (for most merchandise), they can only deliver to physical addresses – no PO Boxes, and unfortunately, no APO/FPO addresses. Also, if you live in Alaska or Hawaii, your shipping rates will vary. Most merchandise is available for international delivery, but it will be at a higher cost. Contact Customer Service for further information.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ORDERING INFORMATION
125West.com accepts credit cards only for payment – Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You can order using their secure online ordering system, telephone in your order, or fax your order. If the delivery address is in Maryland, there will be a 5% sales tax added to your purchase total.
Returns are accepted at 125West.com but the policy makes it somewhat of a chore, and possibly expensive for you. First, you must contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt to obtain a RA # (Return Authorization #). Within 14 days of obtaining the RA #, you must ship the merchandise back to 125West.com at your own expense. The return shipping costs will be refunded to you only in the event that the merchandised is being returned for reason of delivery error, or damaged or defective product.

MY EXPERIENCE AND FINAL RECOMMENDATION
I purchased a professional clothes steamer from 125West.com at a discount price of $92.95 with no charge for shipping. The ordering process was simple, and I was sent an email confirmation of order receipt within minutes of placing my order. The following business day I received another email from 125West.com stating that the order had been shipped. That email message contained the tracking information for my package. 6 business days from my original order date, my clothes steamer arrived via UPS Ground. It was well packaged and I had no problems with my order.
I don’t know if I will purchase anything else from 125West.com. The site is rather forgettable, really. Though I did have a good experience, they don’t have a large amount of merchandise (though the merchandise they do have is specialty). If you’re looking for something unique and special, you may find it on 125West.com.
