Pros: Silent, quiet. Amazingly well put together.
Cons: A bit pricey but WORTH it.
The Bottom Line: If you want a silent, well-engineered and tooled case this is it.

| siberian's Full Review: Antec LifeStyle Sonata ATX Mid-Tower Case |
I was on a quest to build a silent but fully-powered PC. On a tip from a friend I invested in an Antec sonata and am incredibly pleased with it! So much so that I actually bought one for a friend! First off, its silent. How silent? SILENT! Antec uses large and slow moving fans to maintain airflow and low noise thresholds.
The engineering of the case is fantastic. Side-mounted slide-out drive trays make it easy to swap drives in and out as required. This really is the Mother of All Cases.
Its a bit large but who cares? Its QUIET and I didn't have to go get an underpowered micro-PC. Why is silence so important to me? My PC is in the living room and my wife hates the electric buzzing and rattling of a standard PC. This unit is literally 3 feet from the couch and the only way you know if its on is if I am typing on the keyboard.
The attention to detail is great and even all the internal edges are rolled and tooled at the factory, not stamped. What does this mean? No nasty cuts while working on it and a much more solid case that lacks the standard rattling of a stamped case.
Well worth the high price.
