Printpal.com has always been an excellent source of printer cartridges for me. I use their remanufactured Lexmark Cartridges for all my printing and have never encountered a problem. Their Customer Service Representatives are always helpful and have many troubleshooting steps to aid you if you do have a problem. I've read the other reviews and have to comment, their warranty period is posted on the site, and I always use my cartridges well within the 6 month warranty they provide.
They make ordering simple and quick. And hey, if you don't want to go online to order, you can call their Customer Service to place an order over the phone. Most of my orders have shipped out same day, so I have been impressed with how quick the cartridges have arrived to me.
I was so happy when I discovered Printpal.com after years of spending way too much on OEM (original equipment manufacturers) cartridges. It's nice to know that someone is out there challenging the monopoly on printer cartridges that the manufacturers have controlled for so long. One thing I do want everyone to keep in mind, is that cartridges have not been remanufactured for all that long, so give retailers like Printpal a break, there are going to be defects from time to time, but as long as you are within warranty, they will gladly replace the item.
I personally was most impressed with the Customer Service I have experienced. It's not everyday when you feel that someone goes out of their way to help you, but the Printpal reps have certainly done that for me.
I felt very confident with purchasing from Printpal right off, due to the straightforward website they have. I was able to view their return/ warranty policy on the site before I purchased, so there were no surprises.
I recommend Printpal.com to all my family and friends and to anyone else looking for a good deal on printer cartridges.
