Me2U.com is a fairly simple site to navigate. From the homepage left navigation, there are clickable text links to: Home, Rings, Pendants, Bracelets, and View Basket. There is also a field for keyword search, or you have the option to click for their Power Search (where you can search either by keyword or product code).
There is a drop down menu for their various “departments” - Rings, Pendants and Bracelets… Sentiments (Be Mine, Birthday, Devotion, Heart Motif, I Love You, Longetivity, Prosperity, Protection and Think of You), and Events Birthday, Engagement, Wedding, Wedding Anniversary, and Wedding Shower).
There are also clickable text links to access: Ring FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions), Ring Sizing, Order Securely, Privacy Statement, Shipping FAQ, 100% Guarantee, Testimonials, Contact Us, and Site Map.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Most items ship free via Fed Ex 2 day service. Me2U.com does not ship internationally. If you have a PO Box, APO/FPO address, or live in Alaska or Hawaii, your order will not ship by Fed Ex – it will ship using the USPS. If the item is in stock and not a made-to-order item, then Me2U.com offers next day shipping.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ORDERING INFORMATION
All poesy rings are made to order. It can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for the ring to be cast, polished and shipped. If you need the ring re-sized, Me2U.com can do that for you, but there is a $30 resizing fee.
You can order online using your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. With Me2U.com, you also have the option of ordering by phone, or by mail order with a check or money order as your payment.
Me2U.com does take returns, but it is a somewhat restrictive (and expensive) policy – due to the customization of their services. If Me2U.com made a mistake with your order or there is a defect, then you can exchange or return within 30 days for a full refund with no hassles. If you are making the return simply due to dissatisfaction with the product, or because you change your mind, or any other reason, there is a restocking fee that varies based on the type of metal. For silver, the restocking fee is $10. Gold is $30 and platinum is $60.

MY EXPERIENCE AND FINAL RECOMMENDATION
I ordered a 14k gold poesy ring from Me2U.com as a Valentine’s Day gift for my husband this year. The website’s design is rather straightforward, though somewhat redundant and a bit cluttered. The ordering process was simple. I had no problems whatsoever. My poesy ring was $260. I am not sure whether this is a competitive price or not, because this is such a specialized product. I haven’t really seen this in many conventional brick & mortar stores, so I really don’t have anything to compare the price to.
I received an email confirming my order almost immediately after placing it. I didn’t hear from Me2U.com again (not that I expected to) until the ring was ready for shipment. This was a little bit over 3 weeks following my initial placement of the order. They sent me an email shipment confirmation that included the tracking information for the ring.
My order arrived 2 days later in unobtrusive packaging – a plain brown box. It was well packaged, and I was surprised that FedEx required a signature on delivery rather than just leaving the box on my doorstep as they usually do. I believe this is because the declared value was over a certain amount.
I probably will not be shopping at Me2U.com again, just because I don’t really have a need to. They have virtually no selection outside of the poesy rings, and how many poesy rings can a person really buy?? I would recommend the site though if you are looking for this sort of thing.
