Raising two girls allows for fun-filled shopping excursions. Storybook Heirlooms Online Store - storybookonline.com is one of the merchants that I have enjoyed shopping at. I have successfully purchased clothing, shoes and accessories from this merchant, albeit occasionally. This store sells high quality merchandise, generally at upscale pricing (with the exception of the sales category), not exactly within play clothing price ranges (for our family unit).
If you are looking for a dress, sizes infant – size 16, it is likely you'll find one that offers eye-appeal. This merchant is known, amidst parents I know, for the princesslike fashions that they sell: Party Dresses, First Communion Dresses, Flower Girl Dresses, Casual Dresses, all necessary Accessories, and much more. The dress designs vary, offering dainty-frilly-gorgeous (even pageant appropriate), updated and frumpylike fashions. Mostly this merchant sells girlie-girl selections, hence the name Storybook Heirlooms. You certainly will find tea-appropriate attire at this store.
Originally I discovered this store via catalog, given to me by a friend whom was selecting wedding wear. I was immediately impressed with the flower girl dresses, casual dresses and seasonal apparel. From that initial discovery point I have appreciated the hairstyles on the models, as they offer excellent hair-do ideas. I continue to see this merchants catalog at hair stylists, especially during the months of May-August. Also… I have always enjoyed browsing through the coordinating outfits sold by Storybook Heirlooms.
When I realized that this merchant had a web site that is easy to navigate, offering images that load quickly and provide true representation of the product, I became evermore impressed. Then I browsed the online sale section and soon after I completed an online purchase and became a repeat customer.
Not only is the site easy to navigate, purchases are simplistic to complete. After purchase completion I receive email confirmation, and yet another email informs me that the merchandise has shipped. The turn around time is satisfactory and the orders have always been packaged carefully with the proper content.

A portion of the merchandise is store brand – Storybook Heirlooms; other brands include Sister Sam, Kenneth Cole®, k.c. parker®, Lucky Brand®, Skinny Minnie®, Skechers®, Lucy Ann® Jewelry and many more upscale offerings. Accessories sold at this site vary from socks and tights to tiaras and veils.
I highly recommend visiting this site, especially if you are looking for upscale girls clothing. For the most part, Storybook Heirlooms Online Store - storybookonline.com sells high quality girls clothing, shoes and accessories… and some misses sized items (intended for mom to match daughter). Although this merchant also sells clothing for women, I am not really into matching my daughters, coordinating yes – matching no. That stated I haven't purchased any of their adult-sized clothing. However I have a friend that has; she speaks highly with regard to the quality of all items purchased.
In my view, the prices on regular priced merchandised are above average to high. Pricing on sale merchandise is often great. For example a pair of Skechers® shoes that my youngest wanted were on sale - priced at $19.99 versus $38.99 at a local storefront. Although I paid tax (Washington & North Carolina residents are taxed) and shipping was $5.95, I benefited from money saved and the comfort of shopping from home, while in my PJ's. Also… it is worthwhile to mention that the clothing from this merchant maintains top resale value at eBay.

Returns & Sizing Charts:
Although I haven't needed to return merchandise, Storybook Heirlooms Online Store - storybookonline.com states: "We feel certain that you will be pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly exchange it or issue a refund. We offer this extensive guarantee because your satisfaction is important to us." There are also size charts at this site, which assist toward purchasing the proper fitting items. The exception I have with this is in regards to certain shoe brands, such as Skechers® - which run small, I don't feel the sizing chart offers near the accuracy of the clothing charts.
Shipping:
Shipping from this merchant has been prompt, items are carefully packaged, and the charges are average.
