I ordered a Zooper EZ stroller because they were heavily discounted and had free shipping. I found it through a yahoo shopping search.
In retrospect the whole process went smoothly and I do not feel like I was lied to or ripped off. When I did talk to people they were very nice and courteous. When I asked for a tracking number, I received one promptly. All email was answered that day, usually within a couple hours.
But I am writing this review to take away 1 star because I am sick and tired of e-tailers who do not send a tracking number or shipment notification. I would like to know these things asap and feel they should be part of standard protocol, and sadly a lot of places don't do this. I order lots of stuff online and have taken to marking on a calendar when I order it so I can kind of estimate. But that's not how I think it should be done. It would also seem a lot of these second tier "yahoo-grade" e-tailers do the same thing. You order, and then a package arrives at some point in the future, usually when you've forgotten you ordered it. The only benefit to this is it seems like I'm always getting random presents!
