My amputee husband and I have phones, mine is fine. His Audiovox quit working and they told him to back over it with the car to get insurance to pay for it or send 40.00 in with it to ins. co. to have it fixed. Another US Cell place sent it off no charge and it came back 2 months later and they say it is water damaged and not covered under warranty.(IMPOSSIBLE-NO WATER ON PHONE EVER IN THE 3 WEEKS HE HAD IT ).I guess we should of backed over it with the car huh ? My husband is livid and I see no where to contact the upper management on their web sites. The customer reps are polite yet they have only so much power. The ins. co. number is just a menu..No way to talk to a person. So I have 1 more year left, a marginal loaner and have to buy another phone...My deposit was 400.00, they forgot to put nights and weekends on one phone and I have had 300.00+ phonebills which should have been 60.00. This is a nightmare..I will try to call corporate and may even go back to the first place with a phone I ran over for christ sake. This is depersonalized service and we are poor with an amputee husband..we cannot afford this safety purchase.
