I bought my Archos AV120 MP3 Player about 7 months ago. I bought it thinking that Archos was a good company with good products. Man, was I wrong. I've been forced to send in my Archos AV120 MP3 Player 4, yes, 4 separate times because of manufacturer defects. I live in Illinois, and every time I send in my Archos to their tech support to be repaired, I have to wait 3 weeks (at a minimum) before I get my Archos back. I'm not very happy at all about this. To anyone thinking of investing a good amount of money into this company's products... here's my advice: get an iPod or anything else... just don't get an Archos. You'll be extremely unhappy that you did.
