I recently bought a new phone and switched my cellular service. I used to have a Nokia phone with Sprint PCS service. I was very disapointed with the lack of range my service provided me. I switched to Verizon service when I bought my new Motorola phone and have been nothing but impressed. It is such a nice change of pace to get service whenever I pick up my phone. The prices are cheaper too. Since Verizon requires users to sign a two-year contract they can afford to lower their prices because they know that they have that user's business for the next two years. Sprint and some other companies don't have contracts and thus have no garuntee on the length of a users business therefore they charge a higher price per month. My service has the same talk time and features, lower roaming charges and averages between $5 and $10 less with Verizon then it previously did with Sprint. I am enjoying my Verizon service and would definaitly recomend it to others.
