Pros: simple, reliable, and competitive credit card processing.

Cons: antiquated software with only dialup processing available

After reading the first two reviews, I have to put in my two cents. I have been a customer of Nova / Merchant Services for four years. I have had absolutely no problems what-so-ever with this organization. Their service and pricing has always been exactly as promised. I have never been over charged, deposits to my account are on time, and all statements are clear and accurate. I would personally highly recommend this credit card transaction processing company.
