I am fighting since months to get a 20$ rebate from Best Buy
Not only the Western Digital drive ordered by best buy employees themselves on bestbuy.com due to shortage arrived after Christmas (I was expecting it before)but this is a mess to get this rebate paid. I ordered that mid December.
Western Digital paid his 60$ part since months and best buy is quibbling over just 20 bucks. I think I called almost 10 times, I do not count the travels to the store to get this fixed. Every time I am told another story, asked to send or fax something else and today the top of the top, I am told that I was not eligible !!!!!!!!!!!
Too much is too much, I think I spent between 2 and 3 thousand dollars at best buy since last december, I am convinced that I should have gone to Fry's or Circuit City. The first thing we are told when calling best buy is that we are important customers....This is crap. I tell you what, I will spend now my money in other places
