I enjoyed the read and would trust your judgement that the gaming experience is good. LCD's have come a long way! In regards to this monitor, could you update your review with a little information? I would like to know the contrast ratio of this monitor, as well as the physical dimensions and weight. Also important to me is what the response time? Typical is 25ms, but slower than that and gaming becomes somewhat of an issue in my experience. What is the maximum viewing angles? In other words, do you have to sit straight in front of the monitor to see the correct colors/dimensions? Does the stand have horizontal control, and does the monitor turn into portrait view?
All of this type of data is important to me in addition to the individual experience of the reviewer, as it adds to my information to use for a purchase decision.
