The Bottom Line Choose Johnson's because in my opinion it takes out the need of "How to"choose bathing accessories.
How should I choose bathing accessories?
I choose bathing accessories mainly by the quality.Quality to me means not 15 dollars a bottle(that is too quality),a great smell,tear free,hypoallergenic,and overall doctor and hospital approved.
Luckily this is such a simple task for me I am embarrassed that the review will be so short.I have found the perfect item for your newborn baby.It is gentle,tear free,a trusted brand,can be bought anywhere,and is perfect all around.(Drum roll please.)Johnson's baby wash.The scent is classic.The brand is what hospitals recommend.With both my children I recieved a small bottle for use.The wash works just as well for a shampoo on the babies,hence saving you a little money.You always know your baby is clean by the fresh scent it leaves.I always know a Johnson's baby.They are so much fun to cuddle because it brings on a toxifying smell that makes any mom think of a new born.
For towels ,I like to use the ones with hoods.That way my babies head doesn't get chilled on the way to getting dressed.Be sure to wash your babies towels seperate from yours with Dreft or some other hypo-allergenic soap.
If your baby has thick hair and it is a lot of trouble to condition and rinse,try Pantene Pro-V Light Spray conditioner.It is a leave in daily conditioner that doesn't weigh hair down.It comes in 10.2 fluid ounce bottles that cost around $3.50 each.That much conditioner will last a long time for your baby,but you will find yourself using it too.
Since the product I am recommending most here (Johnson's)is kind of expensive,I did a web search on google and yahoo.
I searched by Johnson's Baby Care.There are several thousand matches,but I found a very helpful sight.Go to www.treasuregrove.net/baby htm . This sight has dozens of places all together where you can sign up for free coupons and magazines,among other baby freebies.So,instead of quoting prices and bottle sizes(they are always changing anyway),I will let you see how cheap you can get them.
